VIP1‑1E‑06 (B011X0412) is a 3-in-1 IEC inlet EMI power filter from Weiaipu, featuring an integrated dual-fuse compact structure with overall dimensions of 60×28.5mm. This panel-mount module combines standard IEC power socket, dual-fuse over-current protection, and professional EMC filtering circuit, complying with RoHS and REACH requirements.
Rated for maximum 6A RMS current and 115/250VAC voltage, this filter fits global 50/60Hz power systems. It achieves ultra-low leakage current of ≤2μA@115VAC/60Hz and ≤5μA@250VAC/50Hz for safe operation of precision electronics. With insulation resistance above 100MΩ at 500VDC and qualified hi-pot performance, it operates reliably within a wide temperature range from -25°C to +100°C.
With outstanding common-mode and differential-mode interference suppression capability, it effectively removes conductive power-line electromagnetic disturbance, stabilizes power signal, and protects internal circuits. Dual independent fuses provide dual-channel over-current and short-circuit protection to enhance equipment safety. Fast-on terminals support easy wiring, and panel-mount design saves cabinet installation space, helping finished products pass EMC compliance tests.
